Delivery
When your payment has been accepted a download link along with your receipt will be displayed on the screen. Click on the link to download your shoe pattern. You will also receive your download link to the e-mail address that you have entered on the checkout page. You can download the pattern as many times as you like and the link does not expire.
The pattern is delivered to you in PDF format and should contain six pages. Your selected shoe size plus one size up and one size down, In case you have different size feet or would like to play around with the fitting.
Returns
This is a digital product and is not possible to return once the pattern has been downloaded. If you have have not downloaded your pattern returns are possible within 14 days, as for a physical product. If you regret your purchase and have not downloaded your pattern, drop me a mail at hello@alvartrail.se to get your refund.
Payment
Prices are listed in Swedish krona and include taxes. Taxes are displayed on your receipt. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard or American express via the Stripe payment gateway. You can also pay using Paypal or Applepay. As soon as your payment has been prepossessed you will receive your product download link. This generally takes about a few up to several seconds.
